Ralph specialises in corporate and commercial litigation. He advises and assists national and international clients, representing them in complex shareholder disputes, inquiry proceedings, acquisition disputes and post-acquisition disputes and liability proceedings. Ralph previously worked in Houthoff’s Corporate M&A practice group.
