Stijn advises on cross-border bank, financing and structured financing transactions, including acquisition finance, asset-based finance, and syndicated and bilateral loans. He also advises lenders and distressed companies in company restructurings and insolvency-related matters.

In secondary school, Stijn was the Dutch and Benelux debating champion. During his student years, he worked as a debating coach for companies, schools and debating teams.
