Tom is a lawyer in the Banking & Finance practice group. He advises on a wide range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Previously, Tom worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He was involved in national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other types of partnerships. He represented both private equity and strategic parties.
