Vera works in the Corporate Litigation practice group and specialises in (international) corporate and commercial disputes, with a particular focus on inquiry law and dispute and buy-out arrangements.
During her first 1.5 years at Houthoff, Vera worked in the Employment & Pensions practice group, where she advised and litigated on all aspects of (corporate) employment law.
