Wychand Kraaij

Wychand focuses on real estate transactions, city centre redevelopment, project development, advising on property law constructions and the division of the ownership, the division of property into apartments, and share deals. His work also involves the creation of limited rights, including limited real rights such as rights of ground lease and rights of superficies. Wychand is a quick thinker who understands the dynamic world of his clients. He drafts future-proof agreements and deeds, in other words, legal documents that provide direction in different situations, while always keeping in mind the big picture and necessary structure.
