Jeanne works as a lawyer in the Corporate M&A practice group. She advises on a broad range of corporate matters, with a focus on private M&A transactions, assisting both corporate and private equity clients. Having joined Houthoff in 2016, Jeanne spent the first part of her career in the Litigation and Arbitration department at the firm.

In 2022, Jeanne was seconded to Noerr Partnerschaftsgesellschaft mbB for a period of three months in Germany. She is a member of Houthoff's German Desk team.

  • Advised, together with lead counsel Ropes & Gray International LLP, Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited as a local counsel on its acquisition of the SK AeroSafety group, specialising in maintenance, repair, overhaul and the design and manufacture of aerospace systems and components.
  • Advised and represented, together with Noerr, European Bakery Bidco B.V., a portfolio company of 3i Group, on the purchase of the German coolback group
  • Advised Hydro Energi on its Series A investment in E-Magy B.V., a Dutch silicon battery scale-up.

  • Advised Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited on its acquisition of the DataExpert group, a leading provider of products and services to combat cybercrime and fraud and deliver forensic and incident response solutions.
  • Advised PO Söderberg & Partner Aktiebolag on the acquisition of 100% of the shares in Summa Holding B.V.
  • Advised Siemens with its acquisition of Sqills, a leading provider in the provision of cloud-based inventory management, reservation, and ticketing software to public transport operators around the world. The agreed purchase price is EUR 550 million plus an earn out.
  • Advised H2 Equity Partners on the sale of Brink Group. Brink has more than 100 years of expertise in the manufacturing industry. The company’s product portfolio includes fixed, detachable, retractable and next generation towbars.
  • Advised Siemens with its acquisition of TimeSeries, a leading Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and Mendix partner.
  • Advised BC Partners on the acquisition of Keesing Media Group from Ergon Capital and Mediahuis.
  • Advised Siemens with its acquisition of Culgi. Culgi provides expertise and develops software solutions for multiscale chemistry simulation, from quantum chemistry to molecular dynamics.
  • Advised Castik Capital S.à r.l., a Luxembourg-based private equity firm, on its acquisition of a majority stake in Customs Support Group (CSG).
  • Advised the on the Toronto Stock Exchange listed WSP Global Inc., one of the world's leading professional services firms providing engineering and design services to clients in the Transportation & Infrastructure, Property & Buildings, Environment, Power&Energy, Resources and Industry sector as well as offering strategic advisory services, on the acquisition of multidisciplinary consultancy- and engineering firm Lievense

     

  • Houthoff has advised Torqx Capital Partners on its acquisition of the majority of the shares in Sonic International (Hong Kong) Limited. Sonic International (Hong Kong) Limited and its subsidiaries are active in the business of development, marketing, sale and distribution of professional hand tools and storage solutions systems.
