Tom specialises in civil and regulatory consumer law. He assists clients that are subject of regulatory investigation, supervisions and enforcement, and/or that are confronted with civil law claims that are intertwined with regulatory or consumer law (such as the Unfair Contract Terms Directive). He combines his expertise on the interface of civil, consumer and regulatory law to advise strategies in internal investigations, civil and regulatory litigation and negotiations.
