PRO Unlimited acquires Brainnet Group

The globally operating PRO Unlimited acquires the Dutch Brainnet Group to strengthen its position in Europe.

The Brainnet Group is one of the largest MSPs in the Netherlands and manages EUR 854 million in hiring spend. The American PRO Unlimited is a global player in the market for hiring contingent workers. PRO Unlimited has its own platform that provides solutions for hiring and managing contingent workers, insight into international rates, direct recruitment, risk management for vicarious and hirers’ tax liability, payroll services, diversity and inclusiveness. The acquisition will allow Brainnet to expand its reach and strengthen its position in the EMEA region.

Houthoff assisted PRO Unlimited in the acquisition of Brainnet Group.
