Egeria sells The Employment Group to DIT Group

6 October 2026

Egeria, a Dutch private equity firm, and the other shareholders have agreed on the sale of The Employment Group (“TEG”) to DIT Group (“DIT”), whose majority shareholder is H2 Equity Partners.

TEG specialises in the secondment of qualified skilled professionals in the blue-collar segment. The transaction includes the Faber brand, which focuses mainly on painters, and the Cottus brand, which is active in the technical sector. From 20 branches, TEG places more than 1,300 skilled professionals with around 750 clients.

DIT is the market leader in the secondment of skilled professionals in the technical, construction and industrial sectors. Combining with TEG creates a secondment group with more than 2,500 skilled professionals and revenue of over € 150 million. This doubles DIT’s market position and broadens its range of services and market reach.

The transaction is subject to conditions, including approval by the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM). Houthoff is advising Egeria and the other shareholders on this transaction. The Houthoff team is led by Philip van der Eijk and also includes Daniëla van Noort, Evelien Fluitsma, Jeroen van Mourik, Diede van der Voort, Lars Bakker, Gerrit Oosterhuis, Felix Geerebaert and Kees Vrijmoet.
