Lars works as a tax lawyer and adviser in the Tax practice group. His work mainly consists of advising on the tax aspects of mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and private equity transactions. He focuses on corporate tax, income tax and dividend tax.
Lars is a member of the Dutch Bar Association (Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten) and the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs)
