The claim, alleging breaches of warranties by Sligro Food Group connected with the sale of 130 EMTÉ supermarkets, was turned down on all points. Jumbo and Coop argued that Sligro had failed to provide accurate information about EMTÉ’s finances prior to the sale and purchase transaction. However, the court categorically dismissed this argument. We wish to congratulate Sligro Food Group on winning this case.
