Marjolein specialises in corporate and commercial litigation. She represents clients in inquiry proceedings, transaction-related disputes, preliminary relief proceedings, shareholder disputes and governance-related disputes. Marjolein has built a strong track record in various high-stakes international proceedings and has a talent for devising creative solutions to complex disputes

  • Successfully represented Intertrust and its majority shareholder CSC (Netherlands) Holdings B.V. in squeeze out proceedings that follow the public offer by CSC and its resulting acquisition of Intertrust.
