The institute provides independent advisory, testing, inspection, certification, and calibration services to a diverse client base across the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and the Americas. With approximately 300 employees operating from nine locations, NMi serves more than 7,000 customers active in energy and utilities, technology, manufacturing, defence, transport, and life sciences.
The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2025, subject to customary regulatory approvals and the advice of the works council.
