Sqills developed “S3 Passenger”, an outstanding and scalable platform enabling rail and bus operators to replace their legacy reservation systems with a state-of-the-art, online booking system. These systems increase the use and availability of passenger transportation.
The acquisition furthers Siemens’ strategy to provide products and services that increase the use and availability of public transportation and is a strong fit with Siemens’ growth strategy focusing on digital and software offerings.
