Techone serves more than 35,000 SME customers throughout the Netherlands and has built a strong platform in recent years. With the support of Nedvest, Techone has made dozens of acquisitions in recent years, expanding its offering and presence to meet all of its customers’ IT needs.
The proposed transaction is still subject to approval by the authorities and is expected to be completed early next year.
Houthoff advised Nedvest and Techone on the sale of Techone B.V. to KKR.
