Roos has been working at Houthoff since 2020, starting as a recruiter and now as Recruitment Team Lead. Together with the Recruitment Team, she is the first point of contact for applicants. The team is primarily responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for legal and business support positions. Additionally, they frequently engage with students regarding student traineeships and student legal assistantships. Under Roos’ leadership, they also organise various events to introduce candidates to Houthoff and attract new talent.
