Ageeth specialises in company law and mergers and acquisitions, focusing on areas such as advising on the company law aspects of restructurings, private acquisitions, management buy-outs, joint ventures, management and employee participation, and corporate governance. She advises a range of international and national clients in different sectors and has extensive experience with private equity transactions. Before joining Houthoff in 2009, Ageeth worked at the Dutch office of Simmons & Simmons for nine years.
