Anouk is a candidate civil-law notary in the Real Estate practice group. She specialises in the purchase and sale of commercial real estate and in advising on project development and property law structuring. She also often deals with real estate related company law and the funding of commercial real estate. Apart from her notarial work, a major part of her practice is the formation of contracts such as letters of intent, and purchase and collaboration agreements.
