Casper specialises in insolvency law and restructurings. He advises directors, companies and creditors in diverse insolvency situations. He also advises clients on the funding of real estate and other transactions, and funding-related issues.

- Advised the listed British flooring manufacturer Victoria plc with the succesfull restructuring of its debt.
- Advising DSB on the distribution (and its preparation of that) of approximately EUR 650 million estate surplus to more than 280,000 interest claimants, consisting of former DSB account holders and the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) as administrator of the deposit guarantee scheme.
- Represents Fortenova Group, the predecessor of Agrokor, the largest food producer and retailer in South-Eastern Europe with an annual turnover of EUR 6 billion in the implementation of a comprehensive restructuring resulting from the presence of sanctioned debt and equity holders in its capital structure.
