Claire is responsible for CSR within Houthoff. She is also founder and one of the driving forces behind Houthoff’s Sustainability Team. She advises on our Corporate Social Responsibility strategy and is engaged in making our offices and way of working structurally more sustainable. In her role, Claire is responsible for Houthoff’s ESG reporting and monitors the consistency between reporting, strategy, and implementation. Additionally, she is interim coordinator of the DE&I committee and a member of the Sponsorship Committee.
Claire first worked as Procurement and Contract Manager at Houthoff, where she was responsible for matters like the purchasing policy and procedures. She also assessed and drafted supplier contracts. In this role, she has woven the sustainability aspect into our supplier code of conduct and procurement policy. Claire has worked at Houthoff since 1998.
