Cornelie works in Houthoff’s EU and Competition practice groups. She advises on a wide range of EU regulations and state aid aspects of transactions, subsidies and partnerships.

  • Assisted Nexperia in relation to the Dutch Investment Screening Bureau's (BTI) retroactive investigation into the already completed acquisition of NOWI.
  • Advisering van Freshstream Investments LLP bij het aangaan van een strategisch partnerschap met het toonaangevende Nederlandse sieraden- en lifestylemerk ‘My Jewellery’, samen met CEO en oprichter Sharon Hilgers en CFO/CTO Vilmar Bliekendaal.
  • Advises Lumileds International on a definitive agreement under which San’an Optoelectronics and Inari Amertron Berhad will acquire Lumileds Holding B.V. and its European and Asian subsidiaries.
