Daniël specialises in cross-border M&A transactions, including company acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures and other forms of strategic partnerships. He has particular experience advising on transactions in the software, semiconductor, retail and food industries. Daniël primarily advises strategic parties and also represents private equity parties across the full transaction cycle.
In addition, Daniël has extensive corporate governance experience. He regularly advises boards of directors, supervisory boards and shareholders on governance matters, and has published various articles on the subject. Daniël is a member of Houthoff’s multidisciplinary governance team.
Daniël was seconded to Houthoff’s New York office from 2022 through 2024.
