Daniëla works in the Corporate/M&A practice group. She specialises in corporate law and is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions. Daniëla is well versed in drafting and assessing complex contracts. Daniëla further gained experience in the Real Estate practice group, specifically in the construction sector, where she advised and litigated for professional parties in the market of large property developments.
