David works in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups. He handles complex national and international corporate and commercial law disputes. Prior to this, David worked in Houthoff’s Corporate/M&A practice group.

Advised Odido, one of the Netherlands’ leading telecommunications providers, and its management in connection with Apax Partners’ acquisition of co-shareholder Warburg Pincus’ stake in Odido. Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus jointly acquired Odido in 2022. Following the transaction, Apax Partners will become Odido’s sole private equity shareholder.
