With over 15 years’ experience, he specialises in property development, real estate transactions, corporate real estate, project structuring and real estate financing. Dolf has been involved in a wide range of asset and share transactions, ranging from one-asset deals to deals involving thousands of assets, and has dealt with every type of real estate over the course of his career. He also advised on highly complex loan swap transactions in the regulated social housing sector. Thanks to his diverse background and experience, Dolf is well-equipped to keep an overview in complex cases. He focuses on advising on complex inner-city redevelopments, real estate transactions, complex cooperation agreements, large-scale projects and corporate real estate matters. His clients include property developers, investors, housing corporations, and public and semi-public parties.

- Advised SDK Vastgoed B.V. on the EKP development adjacent to the Den Bosch centre which will include 800 apartments, a school for higher education (bachelor), a theatre, office space, restaurants, cultural space and 430 parking spaces.
- Advised Schiphol Real Estate on the purchase and transfer of CBRE Investment Management's share in WTC Schiphol, making Schiphol Real Estate the full owner of the office complex.
- Advising the Dienst Wegverkeer (RDW), and guiding the 150+ hectare land transactions, around the realisation of the Mobility and Infrastructure Test Center (MITC).
