Floor works in the Employment & Pensions practice group. She assists national and international companies on all aspects of employment law. She provides support in transactions, negotiations, and various employment law proceedings. Floor previously worked in Houthoff’s Banking & Finance practice.

- Advises the Dutch State on the acquisition of shares in the Borssele nuclear power station. The State is acquiring 70% of the shares from the Elektriciteits- en Produktiemaatschappij Zuid-Nederland (EPZ), the operator of the nuclear power station. The power station generates 485 megawatts of CO₂-free electricity. This is almost equal to the electricity consumption of all the inhabitants of the provinces Zeeland and Noord-Brabant.
- Advised Industrial Food Automation Coöperatief U.A., a company affiliated with Investindustrial and comprising the Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco brands, on its acquisition of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen. The combined group has been renamed Foodera Technologies.
- Advised and represented Investindustrial Group Investments S.A R.L. ("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
