("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
- Advised Ali M. Barwani Investment Co (BVI) on the sale and transfer of Oceanco, universally recognised for designing and constructing bespoke super-yachts that redefine the limits of naval architecture, to an American technology entrepreneur.
