Jasmijn specialises in cross-border and Dutch company law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. These include participation schemes and unique projects that creatively combine these aspects. She also advises clients on public-private partnerships, investment funds and restructurings. She plays a prominent role in (cross-border) transactions with her pragmatic insight and expertise.
