Jasmijn specialises in cross-border and Dutch company law, mergers and acquisitions, and financing. She advises on the establishment of national and international joint ventures, with a special focus on transactions at the interface between company law, financing and tax law. These include participation schemes and unique projects that creatively combine these aspects. She also advises clients on public-private partnerships, investment funds and restructurings. Jasmijn excels at finding creative solutions for projects involving seemingly opposing points of departure. She has played a leading role in over 50 transactions and has a strong focus on advising clients on transactions involving domestic and foreign private equity funds.
