Jet works as a lawyer in the Public Law practice group (environmental law and spatial planning law). She advises investors, project developers, industrial clients and government authorities. Jet is regularly involved in contract negotiations and due diligence in corporate and real estate transactions. In 2019, Jet co-authored the first overview article on climate adaptation in urban planning legislation and regulations in the Netherlands.

The growth in Dutch and European regulation has an effect on all sectors. The relationship between government bodies and market parties is governed by regulation in areas such as financial and other supervision, the environment, spatial planning, land, procurement, health and safety, and tax.
Environment & Planning
In a place as densely populated as the Netherlands, it is common to see small areas of land with many different functions and uses. Environmental law regulates the complex distribution of available space. This area of law is constantly changing due to new national and European laws and regulations, new building techniques and societal developments.
Environment & Planning Act
The Environment Act covers the space in which people live, work and relax. This new law merges old laws and contains rules for what can be seen, heard and smelled outside.
