Joris specialises in contract law and competition law. His practice mainly focusses on advises, negotiating and litigating on matters relating to distribution such as agency, e-commerce and franchising for manufacturers and importers of luxury consumer products. His work also focuses on regulatory related topics such as emission standards and type approvals and misleading business practices such as unfair and misleading advertising. Joris also publishes on commercial contract law and consumer law.
