Lotte is a civil-law notary candidate in Houthoff’s Real Estate practice group. She advises and assists clients on commercial real estate transactions, project developments, and acquisitions and disposals of real estate, both through asset and share transactions. In addition, Lotte is involved in structuring and restructuring property law arrangements, establishing rights in rem, and advising on ownership structures and the creation and amendment of condominium rights. Her work further includes conducting due diligence investigations, drafting the required agreements and notarial deeds, and assisting with real estate financing transactions.
