Lucy specialises in privacy law, information law and intellectual property law. She regularly advises on intellectual property, privacy and e-commerce-related matters and litigates in intellectual property cases. Her work also includes advising on IP, IT and privacy-related aspects of M&A deals.

("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
