Lucy works in the Litigation and Arbitration practice groups and focuses primarily on appeal proceedings. Previously, she worked in the IP/IT practice group, where she advised on and litigated in relation to IP, privacy and IT matters, including in the context of M&A transactions.

("Investindustrial") on its acquisition of Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco, collectively one of the leaders in the design and manufacture of customized equipment and solutions for the food processing industry with a focus on potato processing systems.
- Advised Nedvest and Techone, a leading Dutch Managed Service Provider and trusted IT partner for SMEs, on the sale of Techone B.V. to KKR.
