Manouk advises national and international companies and financial institutions on a wide range of financial supervision matters. These include matters related to financial market access, financial market conduct and integrity. Manouk focuses on laws and regulations relevant to investment firms, financial service providers, payment service providers and insurers. Having previously worked in the Corporate/M&A practice group, she is also involved in advising on mergers and acquisitions in the financial sector.
