Marco is a lawyer specialised in data protection law, IT law and intellectual property (IP) law. Before becoming a lawyer, Marco worked as legal counsel at ABN AMRO Bank NV. He is particularly interested in data protection law and IT law. He frequently litigates in IP cases and regularly advises on the IP, IT and privacy aspects of M&A transactions.
