- Advised Cognite Holding B.V. and its major shareholders, including Aker, TCV and Accel, on the sale of 100 percent of the shares in Cognite to Schneider Electric. Cognite is a leading software and AI company that supports industrial organisations in their digital transformation. The transaction is set to become the largest Norwegian software and AI exit to date and ranks among the largest industrial software transactions in Europe.
- Advised Bent Pixels, together with Faegre Drinker, on the acquisition of Sunny State Agency, a Netherlands based influencer and creator marketing agency.
