Mark specialises in notarial company law and he is a deputy civil-law notary in the Corporate/M&A practice group. He advises national and international clients on matters including mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and corporate governance.

  • Advised Industrial Food Automation Coöperatief U.A., a company affiliated with Investindustrial and comprising the Kiremko, Idaho Steel and Reyco brands, on its acquisition of Tummers Group and Van der Giessen. The combined group has been renamed Foodera Technologies.
  • Advised Cognite Holding B.V. and its major shareholders, including Aker, TCV and Accel, on the sale of 100 percent of the shares in Cognite to Schneider Electric. Cognite is a leading software and AI company that supports industrial organisations in their digital transformation. The transaction is set to become the largest Norwegian software and AI exit to date and ranks among the largest industrial software transactions in Europe.
  • Advised Bent Pixels, together with Faegre Drinker, on the acquisition of Sunny State Agency, a Netherlands based influencer and creator marketing agency. With this transaction, Bent Pixels strengthens its presence in Europe and further expands its capabilities in brand partnerships and creator led marketing.
