Michelle specialises in corporate law within the Corporate/M&A practice group and is involved in national and international mergers and acquisitions, including company acquisitions, joint ventures and other partnerships. She previously worked in the Insolvency & Restructuring practice group.

  • Represents Fortenova Group, the predecessor of Agrokor, the largest food producer and retailer in South-Eastern Europe with an annual turnover of EUR 6 billion in the implementation of a comprehensive restructuring resulting from the presence of sanctioned debt and equity holders in its capital structure and in its EUR 550 million refinancing.
