Pepijn specialises in advising and litigating on matters of general administrative law, administrative procedural law, the Open Government Act (Wet open overheid), and environment and planning law. His practice encompasses area development, permitting procedures, enforcement procedures of various authorities (such as municipalities, the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority (NVWA) and the Netherlands Labour Authority), working conditions and requests for information. Additionally, he advises on and drafts contracts, including anterior agreements and other contracts with public authorities.
Before joining Houthoff, Pepijn was a top sportsman with the Royal Dutch Swimming Federation (KNZB) for many years.
