Rosalie is a civil law notary candidate in the Real Estate & Transactions team. She specialises in the legal aspects of complex inner city (re)developments, transformation projects and real estate development. Rosalie advises both developers and investors on split purchase and construction projects, turnkey projects, real estate transactions and real estate financings. She focuses on providing legal guidance throughout the entire transaction and development process. Her work includes, among other things, drafting agreements, conducting and facilitating negotiations, designing property law structures, and preparing the required notarial deeds. In addition, she regularly advises on the corporate law aspects of real estate transactions and on the establishment and amendment of limited real rights, such as long leasehold rights and rights of superficies.

  • Advised Egeria Real Estate Development and FLOW Real Estate in relation to the financing of the redevelopment of the Strawinskyhuis, located at the Zuidas in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. The financing is provided by Bentall GreenOak, a debt fund.
