Roxanne is a candidate civil-law notary in the Real Estate practice group. She assists clients with various matters, including project developments and the purchase and sale of real estate (by means of assets or share transactions). Roxanne is also involved in creating and changing property law structures and advising clients on ownership structures and divisions into apartment rights.

- Advising a.s.r. on the division of Amvest’s real estate activities. Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) will acquire a.s.r.'s shares in the management and development organisation as of 1 January 2026 and will become the sole shareholder of Amvest Vastgoed B.V. Amvest's current development portfolio will be divided between PFZW and a.s.r.
- Advised Angelo Gordon on the acquisition of shares and membership rights in 26 entities, resulting in the acquisition of a real estate portfolio consisting of 86 buildings with 2,946 residential units and commercial spaces by a group of investors led by TPG Angelo Gordon for an amount of approximately EUR 700 million.
