Tess focuses on employment law proceedings, including proceedings on individual or collective dismissal, directors’ and officers’ liability and employee representation. Tess assists clients in complex employment law negotiations and mediation procedures. In addition, she advises national and international companies on aspects of company law, for example in mergers, acquisitions, financing and reorganisations.
