Thomas is a candidate civil-law notary in the Corporate/M&A practice group and specialises in all aspects of corporate law. He advises national and international listed and non-listed companies on transactions, complex restructurings and corporate governance, among others.

  • Advised an ad hoc group of secured lenders to Tupperware Brands Corporation who successfully completed the acquisition of certain key assets of the Tupperware Group, including global rights to the Tupperware brand name and related intellectual property as well as operations in core geographic markets.
  • Advising Advent, a leading global private equity investor, on its agreement to invest in Reckitt’s Essential Home portfolio. Advent will acquire a 70% stake to support the company’s accelerated growth and innovation as a standalone business in the years ahead. The transaction values Essential Home at an enterprise value of up to US$4.8 billion, including up to US$1.3 billion in contingent and deferred consideration.
