Tim is, together with the other recruiters, the first point of contact for students. The Recruitment Team’s primary objective is to recruit and select junior lawyers, civil-law notaries and tax advisers. In addition, Tim frequently engages with students regarding student traineeships and student legal assistantships. To introduce students to Houthoff, the Recruitment Team also organises many events and participates in company information days.
