Isabella specialises in dispute resolution with a focus on corporate litigation, class actions and complex disputes relating to commercial contract law. Isabella acts as defence counsel for corporate, semi-public and financial institutions with a particular focus on class action litigation. She is the author of various publications, in particular in the area of procedural law.

Representing large charitable organisations in a litigation concerning the allocation of an inheritance of approximately €26 million. The team successfully defended the organisations in the District court.
Assisting a well known Dutch theatre in a dispute with their former parking provider. The garage operator started proceedings claiming that the theatre was not allowed to terminate the relationship. Research showed the claim was based on falsified e-mails. The claim was rejected.
Advising and assisting a large international employment agency in reaching a settlement regarding the termination of their relationship with a global logistics company.
Advising Leger des Heils on the settlement in relation to the material control performed by Achmea in which Achmea claimed that parts of the medical treatments were wrongfully charged.
Defense counsel to Trafigura in class action litigation in the Netherlands against more than 100,000 claimants in Ivory Coast. The team successfully defended the company in proceedings at the Amsterdam District court against a mass claim submitted by a foundation representing thousands of plaintiffs and will continue to defend the company against one other class action.
