Advised the management board and supervisory board of Twence (a large waste processor in Twente) on the sale of shares in Twence Holding B.V. by the municipalities of Almelo, Oldenzaal and Twenterand to the municipalities of Enschede, Hengelo and Losser.

Advising a.s.r. on the division of Amvest’s real estate activities. Pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW) will acquire a.s.r.'s shares in the management and development organisation as of 1 January 2026 and will become the sole shareholder of Amvest Vastgoed B.V. Amvest's current development portfolio will be divided between PFZW and a.s.r.

Advised the shareholders of Trymax Holding B.V., a specialist in plasma-based and UV-based process equipment and solutions for semiconductor manufacturers, on the sale and transfer of all shares in the capital of Trymax to Accuron Technologies.

Advised Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited on its acquisition of the DataExpert group, a leading provider of products and services to combat cybercrime and fraud and deliver forensic and incident response solutions.

Advised Crestview, a private equity fund that has been investing in TenCate Grass for the last two years, on the sale of TenCate Grass to Leonard Green & Partners.

Advised Acture Group and IK Investment Partners on the sale of Acture Group, a leading provider of holistic employee welfare solutions, to Rivean Capital.

Advised the shareholders of the Royal Steensma group, manufacturer of bakery ingredients, on the sale of the group to US multinational Dawn Foods.

Advised the New York based private equity firm Crestview Partners on the acquisition of TenCate Grass from Royal TenCate.

Advised Bridgepoint Advisers II Limited as a local counsel on its acquisition of the SK AeroSafety group, specialising in maintenance, repair, overhaul and the design and manufacture of aerospace systems and components.

Advised SPS Commerce, Inc. on the acquisition of all business and operations of TIE Kinetix, listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

Advised Hydro Energi on its Series A investment in E-Magy B.V., a Dutch silicon battery scale-up.

Advised Crédit Agricole Consumer Finance Nederland on the carve-out of Findio (a provider of car finance products) out of the CACF Nederland group and the sale of Findio to FCA Bank.

Advised Corre Energy B.V. on the establishment of a 50/50 joint venture cooperation with SemperPower B.V. for the realisation of one of the largest battery storage facilities in Europe, located at the Zuidwending site in the Netherlands.

Advised IK Partners on the acquisition of an economical majority stake in QConcepts Beheer B.V., a fast growing Dutch audit-focused specialist.

Advised IK Partners on the sale of its portfolio company Yellow Hive to IK Partners' first continuation fund, IK Strategic Opportunities I.
