With Wehkamp, Omoda Brands is adding two renowned brands to its group; in addition to Wehkamp, Kleertjes.com also forms part of the Wehkamp Retail Group. Wehkamp has been an established name in fashion, beauty and home & living for decades and is regarded as one of the pioneers of e-commerce in the Netherlands. By joining forces with Wehkamp, a leading Dutch e-commerce group is created with a strong position in fashion, lifestyle and home.
The completion of the transaction is subject to the usual conditions and approvals.
