The ‘Stichting Leger des Heils WoonVermogen‘ is funded by private investors and aims to build 250 residences for vulnerable people in the coming years. As a result, hundreds of people will be able to move from the current social housing to transitional housing to help rebuild their lives.
Houthoff, together with IBS Capital Allies, set up the investment fund and drew up the financial documents for the Salvation Army.
