Zij houdt zich bezig met nationale en internationale fusies en overnames, waaronder bedrijfsovernames, joint ventures en overige samenwerkingsverbanden en treedt op voor zowel private equity als strategische partijen. Voorheen was zij werkzaam in de praktijkgroepen Corporate & Commercial Litigation and Arbitration.
