Jessica is gespecialiseerd in Nederlands ondernemingsrecht en fusies en overnames met een internationaal aspect. Haar werkzaamheden richten zich met name op private equity, risicokapitaal en joint ventures in verschillende sectoren. Onder de cliënten die zij bijstaat en adviseert bevinden zich private equity fondsen, strategische partijen, beleggers in risicokapitaal en scale-ups.
In 2017 heeft zij een deel van het jaar op het kantoor van Houthoff in Londen gewerkt en vervolgens werd zij in 2018 voor zes maanden bij het Braziliaanse advocatenkantoor Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados in Rio de Janeiro gedetacheerd. Vanaf eind 2020 is zij werkzaam op het kantoor van Houthoff in New York.Opleidingen

Sonic International (Hong Kong) Limited and its subsidiaries are active in the business of development, marketing, sale and distribution of professional hand tools and storage solutions systems.

Houthoff advised Sligro Food Group N.V. with the proposed acquisition of the shares in Exploitatiemaatschappij Wheere B.V. by Sligro Food Group Nederland B.V. This will include the activities of Vroegop Ruhe & Co B.V., consisting of food wholesaler De Kweker, Vroegop AGF and freight company L.A.J. Duncker.

Houthoff advised Navitas Capital on the sale and transfer of Partou to KidsFoundation. The owner of KidsFoundation – the English private equity firm Onex – will become the new owner of Partou, together with the Dutch private equity firm Waterland. Partou and KidsFoundation both provide child and toddler care services in the Netherlands, including day care, after-school care and pre-school/early childhood education facilities.

The Go Fuel Card business is headquartered in Breda, Netherlands with approximately 200,000 proprietary cards in circulation across the Netherlands, France, Belgium and Luxembourg.
