Hij geeft advies aan en procedeert voor cliënten zoals ondernemingen, schuldeisers, financiële instellingen en bestuurders in uiteenlopende (distressed) situaties. Ook is hij betrokken bij de afwikkeling van faillissementen. Diederick is voorheen onderdeel geweest van de praktijkgroep Corporate & Commercial Litigation met een focus op commerciële geschillen en massaclaims.
