In zijn carrière heeft Dolf geadviseerd bij een breed scala aan transacties, zowel activatransacties als aandelentransacties, variërend van deals met één actief tot deals met duizenden activa, waarbij alle vastgoedcategorieën aan bod kwamen. Hij heeft ook geadviseerd over zeer complexe loan swap-transacties in de gereguleerde sociale woningbouwsector.
