Hij is gespecialiseerd in projectontwikkeling, vastgoedtransacties, corporate vastgoed, structurering van projecten en vastgoedfinanciering. In zijn carrière heeft Dolf geadviseerd bij een breed scala aan transacties, zowel activatransacties als aandelentransacties, variërend van deals met één actief tot deals met duizenden activa, waarbij alle vastgoedcategorieën aan bod kwamen. Hij heeft ook geadviseerd over zeer complexe loan swap-transacties in de gereguleerde sociale woningbouwsector. Met zijn brede achtergrond en ervaring is Dolf in staat om overzicht te houden in complexe zaken. Hij richt zich op advisering bij complexe herontwikkelingen binnen stadscentra, vastgoedtransacties, complexe samenwerkingsovereenkomsten, grootschalige projecten en corporate real estate-aangelegenheden. - Together with the VMRG, the branch organization for facades, Houthoff has developed the very first lease-based agreement whereby the facade of a building remains the property of the facade builders after delivery by way of a right of ground lease. A right of ground lease has not been used in such a way before. This means a breakthrough in the circular facade economy.
- Represented a joint venture of Delta Development and VolkerWessels Logistics in the development of project Hello World near Schiphol Airport. The development involved the development and construction of approx. 50.000 m2 of warehouse space.
- Represented G&S&, part of the VolkerWessels group, in the development and turnkey delivery of the CubeHouse office building in Amsterdam, involving the construction of approximately 20,000 m2 of office space.
