Joep is gespecialiseerd in insolventierecht en herstructureringen. Hij adviseert curatoren, bestuurders, schuldeisers en schuldenaren bij complexe, internationale herstructureringen en (pre-)insolventiesituaties. Ook is Joep betrokken geweest bij verschillende WHOA-procedures. Joep is eerder werkzaam geweest op onze afdeling Corporate Litigation van Houthoff.

- Advised the ad hoc group of creditors to the Consolis group in the successful implementation of its comprehensive recapitalization.
- Advising the Derivatives Committee on the creation of the Uniform Recovery Framework for Interest Rate Derivatives, a compensation mechanism that compensates Dutch SMEs for interest rate derivatives they purchased from the six largest banks in the Netherlands.
